HOUSTON, TX – (April 11, 2007) – Merrick Systems Inc., welcomes the latest addition to their Houston staff, Philippe Flichy. As Vice President, Business Development, Flichy will expand the strategic aspects of Merrick System’s rapid growth, estimated to triple in size for 2007.
Prior to joining Merrick Systems, Philippe Flichy was co-founder and CTO of GlobaLogix. Preceding this experience, Philippe Flichy was Solutions Manager Oil Field Services North and South America at Schlumberger overlooking Real Time Production Optimization. Previous engagements include being the Info Diffusion (intranet) supervisor for the XIX Olympic Winter Games held in 2002 in Salt Lake City, Utah. Philippe Flichy holds an MIS degree from Boston University School of Management.

Philippe Flichy will focus on two of Merrick’s fastest growing products, One Virtual Source (OVS©) and Rig-Hand™.
